اتاق دارای دو تخت یک نفره، سرویس کف خواب و حمام و سرویس فرنگی می باشد. و مشاعات ساختمان شامل لابی با مبلمان، دو سرویس ایرانی و حیاطی دلباز و فضاسازی شده با 15 آلاچیق، کافی شاپ، پارک کودک، نمازخانه، برکه و رودخانه می باشد که امکانات برای دورهمی و شب نشینی مهیا است.
بوفه همگانی برای شستشوی ظروف و چایخانه جهت گرم نمودن غذا نیز جهت رفاه حال میهمانان در طبقه همکف و حیاط تعبیه شده است.
محوطه مجتمع با دیوار و سنگچین محصور و جهت امنیت ورودی، حیاط، راهروها و لابی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است و نگهبان، سرایدار و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارند.
سرو وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان پذیر است.
