سوئیت دارای پذیرایی، یک اتاق خواب و حمام و سرویس فرنگی می باشد. و مشاعات ساختمان شامل لابی با مبلمان، دو سرویس ایرانی و حیاطی دلباز و فضاسازی شده با 15 آلاچیق، کافی شاپ، پارک کودک، نمازخانه، برکه و رودخانه می باشد که امکانات برای دورهمی و شب نشینی مهیا است.
