این منزل مبله دو خوابه با چشم انداز زیبای دریا در طبقه اول (16 پله دسترسی) یک ساختمان سه طبقه در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای ساحلی دهنه سر سفیدرود و فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری کیاشهر واقع شده است.
اقامتگاه در نزدیکی ساحل زیبای دریا قرار دارد به گونه ای که با حدود 100 متر پیاده روی خود را در ساحلی بکر خواهید دید.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته با دیگر میهمانان ساکن در طبقه پایین و میزبان ساکن در طبقه بالا به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با طی مسافت حدود 500 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد.
20 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو است.
