این سوئیت مبله یکخوابه با تراس دنج و چشم انداز زیبای دریا در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه در محیطی امن و آرام در روستای ساحلی دهنه سر سفیدرود و فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری کیاشهر واقع شده است.
اقامتگاه در نزدیکی ساحل زیبای دریا قرار دارد به گونه ای که با حدود 100 متر پیاده روی خود را در ساحلی بکر خواهید دید.
اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار محصور است و دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته با دیگر میهمانان و میزبان ساکن در طبقه بالا به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود (درب ورودی واحد از پارکینگ است).
میهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، با طی مسافت حدود 500 متری به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی خواهند داشت.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G می باشد.
20 متر انتهایی مسیر دسترسی به اقامتگاه خاکی و قابل تردد برای انواع خودرو است.
دستک از روستاهای توابع کیاشهر به شمار می رود و به دلیل بهره مندی از بازار ماهی فروشان ، کبابی های خوشمزه و ساحل زیبای سنگی و شنی توجه گردشگران بسیاری را به خود جلب کرده است.
