این منزل مبله دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر می باشد با حیاط زیبا در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه در منطقه ای دنج و آرام و در مرکز شهر چابهار واقع شده است.
حیاط این اقامتگاه با میزبان آن که در طبقه دوم همین ساختمان سکونت دارد به صورت مشترک در اختیار میهمانان می باشد.
سوخت اقامتگاه از طریق گاز کپسولی تأمین میشود و لوله کشی آب آن فاقد کیفیت لازم برای نوشیدن می باشد، بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشید.
دسترسی به نانوایی و سوپرمارکت با حدود 50 متر فاصله از اقامتگاه میسر می باشد و کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4G است.
چابهار تنها بندر اقیانوسی ایران است و علاوه بر موقعیت بازرگانی بسیار خوب دارای جاذبه های تاریخی و طبیعی بیشماری در محدوده خود می باشد.
کوهای مریخی، تالاب صورتی، سواحل لاک پشتها و خرچنگها، تالاب لیپار، غارهای بان مسیتی، کوههای گل افشان از جاذبه های گردشگری این منطقه است که توجه گردشگران بیشماری را به خود جلب می نماید.
