محوطه اطراف حیاط مجموعه با دیوار و فنس محصور شده و از مشاعات مجموعه آلاچیق، فضای نشیمن حیاط، فضای پارکینگ و سرویس بهداشتی عمومی در حیاط می باشد، همچنین نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در محوطه مستقر است.
