این اتاق سنتی با حداکثر ظرفیت 7 نفر و پیمودن 10 پله در طبقه اول یک ساختمان دو طبقه در یک مجموعه بوم گردی در جاده کلات به مشهد با فاصله حدود 7 کیلومتری از شهر کلات واقع شده است.
اتاق با متراژ 40 متر دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، هفت عدد سرویس کف خواب، بخاری گازی، شومینه، کولر آبی پنجره ای و سرویس ایرانی مشترک با حمام داخل اتاق و در حیاط می باشد.
محیط اطراف حیاط اقامتگاه با دیوار و فنس حصار شده و از مشاعات مجموعه آلاچیق، فضای نشیمن حیاط، فضای پارکینگ و سرویس بهداشتی عمومی در حیاط می باشد، همچنین نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در محوطه مستقر است.
در این مجموعه بوم گردی امکان سفارش صبحانه، نان محلی و انواع غذای محلی نظیر آش شوربا، پاچین و ... با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه میسر است.
به منظور تهیه اقلام مصرفی، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری در دسترس می باشد، به علاوه قابل ذکر است کیفیت خطوط شبکه و پوشش دهی اینترنت در دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول ضعیف است ولی مجموعه مجهز به مودم وای فای است که رایگان در اختیار میهمانان عزیز قرار داده می شود.
