This 16-square-meter room, with a standard capacity of 2 people and a maximum of 4, is located on the ground floor (5 steps down) of a 2-story eco-lodge in a safe and peaceful environment in Modvar village (Gharbalbiz Spring), approximately 8 km from Mehriz city and 50 km from the historic city of Yazd. The room features 4 floor mattresses, a refrigerator, a gas heater, and a window-mounted evaporative cooler. The shared amenities of this traditional complex include a spacious courtyard with a pond, a cafe equipped with traditional beds, an Iranian-style toilet, a Western-style toilet, a bathroom, and a rooftop garden with a billiard table and barbecue facilities, all shared with other guests. The accommodation features two courtyards (lower and upper), 8 rooms, and a private open-air parking area enclosed by a wall. A 24-hour caretaker unit and the host are present on-site. For enhanced security, the two main courtyards and the parking area are equipped with CCTV cameras. At this accommodation, ordering meals such as grilled fish, chicken, Koobideh (minced meat kebab), Dizi (traditional stew), Kaleh Joosh (whey soup), etc., is possible with a separate payment and prior arrangement with the host.
