این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته و دارای یک تخت دو نفره، یک تخت تک نفره، یخچال، اسپیلت دومنظوره و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است.
محوطه با دیوار محصور شده و واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته و میزبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارند، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می توان به حیاط دلباز مجهز به حوض، کافه مجهز به تخت سنتی، سرویس ایرانی، سرویس فرنگی، حمام و تراس مجهز به میز بیلیارد و باربیکیو اشاره کرد.
