این سوئیت 30 متری با چشم انداز زیبا کوه و جنگل و ظرفیت 4 نفر در طبقه اول (با حدود 14 پله دسترسی) یک اقامتگاه بومگردی دو طبقه (4 واحدی) در محیطی خوش آب و هوا در دل جنگل در روستای توتکی و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری سیاهکل و حدود 25 کیلومتری لاهیجان واقع شده است.
این سوئیت بدون اتاق خواب دارای چهار سرویس کف خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی، یخچال، یک دستگاه اسپیلت، پکیج و تراس دنج می باشد.
آشپزخانه مرکزی در راهرو (یخچال، گاز، امکان پخت غذا و لوازم آشپزی به تعداد 4 نفر) و تراس دلباز به صورت مشترک با سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
اطراف حیاط سرسبز اقامتگاه برای حفظ طبیعت از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف با فنس محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
