این سوئیت دو خوابه با چشم انداز زیبا کوه و جنگل و ظرفیت 15 نفر در طبقه دوم (با حدود 24 پله دسترسی) یک اقامتگاه بومگردی دو طبقه (4 واحدی) در محیطی خوش آب و هوا در دل جنگل در روستای توتکی و فاصله حدود 10 کیلومتری سیاهکل و حدود 25 کیلومتری لاهیجان واقع شده است.
این سوئیت دارای نشیمن، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی، حمام با فرنگی و تراس اختصاصی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط سرسبز اقامتگاه برای حفظ طبیعت از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف با فنس محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری امکان پذیر است.
