این ویلای تریبلکس 6 خوابه مستر در منطقه خوش آب و هوای اربکله واقع شده که تا شهر رامسر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به یک استخر سرپوشیده، یک حوضچه آب گرم روباز، باربیکیو، آبنما و یک برکه ی کوچک، میز بیلیارد، تاب ریلکسی، تخت آفتابگیر و بالکن اشاره نمود که فضای مناسبی را برای تفریح و دورهمی فراهم نموده است.
ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 8 پله دارای ورودی استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر، بالکن، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در طبقه دوم سه اتاق خواب مستر و بالکنی دیگر قرار دارد و در طبقه سوم ویلا نیز دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکنی بزرگ مجهز به میز بیلیارد، تاب ریلکسی و ویو جنگل قابل استفاده می باشد.
محوطه ویلا با دیوار و فنس محصور شده و جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
