این ویلای دو خوابه به همراه استخر سرپوشیده در منطقه روستایی و خوش آب و هوای اربکله واقع شده که تا شهر رامسر حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این واحد می توان به میز بیلیارد، استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی 8 پله رو به پایین، تاب دونفره، تراس و میز و صندلی نام برد که فضای مناسبی را برای شب نشینی و دورهمی فراهم کرده است.
ویلا در طبقه همکف با دسترسی 8 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی، حمام، ورودی استخر و ایوان می باشد و در طبقه دوم که به صورت کلبه سوئیسی طراحی شده است پذیرایی، تراس، حمام و سرویس فرنگی و فضای خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه ی دلباز ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و به جهت امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی ساکن است.
