این سوئیت که دارای یک اتاق خواب می باشد به همراه تراس با چشم انداز بینظیر سد در روستای سرسبز داریان واقع شده است که تا پاوه حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان 3 طبقه 3 واحدی به روی شیب جاده واقع شده است و دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب می باشد و حمام با سرویس ایرانی در راهرو قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور می باشد همچنین طبقه دوم در حال ساخت می باشد اما در زمان حضور مهمان ساخت و سازی انجام نمی شود.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، مهمانان می توانند به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 200 متر دسترسی داشته باشند.
