این سوئیت که دارای یک اتاق خواب می باشد به همراه تراس با چشم اندازی بینظیر رو به سد در روستای سرسبز داریان واقع شده است که تا پاوه حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده واقع شده است و سوئیت با دسترسی حدود 30 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه 3 واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و یک اتاق خواب می باشد و حمام با سرویس ایرانی در راهرو قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ساختمان با دیوار محصور می باشد همچنین طبقه دوم در حال ساخت می باشد اما در زمان حضور مهمان ساخت و سازی انجام نمی گردد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، مهمانان می توانند به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 200 متر دسترسی داشته باشند.
کیفیت خطوط شبکه تلفن همراه نیز برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
