This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in a residential complex, adjacent to another cottage in Kojur city, approximately 80 kilometers from Nowshahr.
The cottage features a landscaped yard equipped with a gazebo and a cozy veranda offering unparalleled mountain and forest views, providing a tranquil atmosphere for guests.
The cottage includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. An additional sleeping area is located upstairs, accessible via a few wooden steps.
The yard is enclosed with a fence, and for added security, CCTV cameras overlook the area. A caretaker also resides within the complex.
Please note that the cottage's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery approximately 5 kilometers away for their daily needs. Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available.
