Swiss Cottage with Gazebo in Kojur

This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in a residential complex, adjacent to another cottage, in the city of Kojur, approximately 80 kilometers from Nowshahr.
The cottage features a landscaped yard equipped with a gazebo and a cozy veranda offering unique mountain and forest views, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The cottage includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. An additional sleeping area is located upstairs, accessible via a few wooden steps.
The gazebo in the yard and the delightful, unique surroundings with forest views provide an ideal space for gatherings and evening get-togethers for esteemed guests.
The yard is enclosed by a fence, and for enhanced security, CCTV cameras overlook the area. Additionally, a caretaker resides within the complex.
Please note that the cottage's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Guests will have access to a supermarket and bakery approximately 5 kilometers away for their daily needs. Mobile network coverage quality for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
It is worth noting that approximately 700 meters of the access road to the cottage is unpaved but passable by all types of vehicles.
This cottage does not have an Iranian-style toilet.
