این ویلا دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده و تراسی دلباز در مجاورت چند ویلای دیگر، در روستای کپورچال و با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ساحل دریا، 25 کیلومتری از شهر انزلی در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام، سرویس ایرانی با سرویس فرنگی و محوطه استخر در طبقه پایین و دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و تراس در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
اطراف محوطه شهرک با دیوار محصور است و مشاعات آن مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد ولی حیاط واحد به طور کامل محصور نیست، همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
