این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه با تراسی دلباز در مجاورت چند ویلای دیگر در محوطه ای شهرکی در روستای کپورچال واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود یک کیلومتر و با بندرانزلی حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد. و با فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ساحل دریا، 25 کیلومتری از شهر انزلی در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب با حمام و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب با حمام، سرویس ایرانی و تراس قرار دارد.
اطراف محوطه شهرک با دیوار محصور شده و مشاعات آن مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد ولی حیاط واحد به طور کامل محصور نیست، همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 300 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
