این ویلا 6 خوابه که چهار اتاق خواب آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی و حیاطی دلباز در شهر کوهسار و با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از کردان و 30 کیلومتری از کرج در محیطی شهرکی واقع شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی در طبقه پایین و چهار اتاق خواب و تراس در طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
