این سوئیت سنتی بدون اتاق خواب در طبقه دوم (با دسترسی حدود 12 پله) یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با حیاطی دلباز و حوض آب در یک مجموعه اقامتی در شهر خوانسار واقع شده است.
سوئیت دارای سالن پذیرایی و آشپزخانه می باشد و حمام با سرویس ایرانی در حیاط واقع شده است.
محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی از ویلا سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر مشاعات و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی با دسترسی حدود 100 متری می توانند به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی دسترسی داشته باشند.
آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است که طبقه همکف به صورت نیمه ساخت و در حال بازسازی می باشد اما در زمان حضور مهمانان هیچ ساخت و سازی صورت نمیگیرد.
