این خانه مبله یکخوابه در روستای ییلاقی و خوش آب و هوای بالا جیرکوه واقع شده است که تا منطقه جواهرده حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا شهر رامسر حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد بر روی شیب بنا شده که با دسترسی حدود 16 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
در محوطه حیاط شیب دار خانه یک آلاچیق قرار گرفته که همانند دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با مهمانان طبقه بالا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
مهمانان گرامی با توجه به وجود دیوار کوتاه و پلکانی کنار آلاچیق، لطفا مراقب کودکان دلبندتان باشید.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و میزبان نیز گاهی اوقات در سوئیتی که در حیاط قرار گرفته سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
