این خانه مبله دو خوابه به همراه تراسی با چشم انداز کوهستان، در روستای ییلاقی بالاجیرکوه واقع شده که تا منطقه جواهرده حدود 5 کیلومتر و تا شهر رامسر حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ساختمان بر روی شیب جاده بنا شده و این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه و دو واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، تراس و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
در محوطه حیاط شیب دار و پلکانی خانه یک آلاچیق قرار گرفته که همانند دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با مهمانان طبقه بالا مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و میزبان نیز گاهی اوقات در سوئیتی که در حیاط قرار گرفته سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و ورودی حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
