The 20-square-meter suite includes a double bed, a 2-person jacuzzi, and a bathroom with a Western-style toilet. Additionally, an Iranian-style toilet and a stove are situated on the terrace.
The accommodation's spacious courtyard is enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour guard resides on the ground floor. The entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the guard and other guests.
The tap water for the accommodation is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended to bring bottled water.
Guests can access a supermarket and a bakery by traveling approximately 2 kilometers.
It is important to note that approximately 20 meters of the access path to the accommodation crosses a shallow river, which is passable by all types of vehicles. However, this path might not be usable on rainy and snowy days, and a second route must be used. In such cases, guests must park their car approximately 70 meters from the villa and access the villa on foot.
Mobile phone reception for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is moderate for calls. Irancell's internet coverage is 3G, while Hamrah-e Avval's internet coverage is weak.
