The garden area is enclosed by a wall, and a 24-hour caretaker resides on the ground floor of the adjacent building. The entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the caretaker and other guests.

Guests can access a supermarket and bakery by traveling approximately 2 kilometers.

However, this path may not be usable on rainy and snowy days, and a second route must be used. Guests must park their car approximately 70 meters from the villa and walk for about 4 minutes to reach the villa.
