Ground Floor Villa in Chaharbagh - Kahrizak

This one-bedroom villa is located in Chaharbagh and Zafaranieh First Square, approximately 14 km from Kordan and 45 km from the entrance to Tehran city. The house is situated on the ground floor of a two-story, three-unit building. The host resides on the second floor, and the entrance gate and common area are shared. The villa's courtyard is fenced, and for added security, the area is equipped with CCTV cameras overlooking the yard and the entrance gate. Please note that there is a swimming pool in the garden area, which is currently inactive and not available for guest use. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be provided with prior arrangement and at an additional cost. It is important to note that the tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking. Therefore, guests are advised to bring their own bottled water. Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located 800 meters from the accommodation. Call quality for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell mobile networks is good, and 4G internet is available. Please be aware that the last 50 meters leading to the accommodation is a dirt road, which is accessible by all vehicles.
