این خانه در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی واقع شده که میزبان در طبقه دوم سکونت دارد و همچنین دروازه ورودی و محوطه به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته مشرف به حیاط و دروازه ورودی می باشد.
