این خانه مبله یکخوابه در باغ درختان گردو در منطقه چهارباغ واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 14 کیلومتر و تا وروردی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 13 پله از بیرون در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان گاها در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به‌صورت مشترک با میزبان و واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
در نظر داشته باشید در محوطه باغ یک استخر قرار دارد که در حال حاضر غیر فعال و غیر قابل استفاده برای مهمان می باشد.
