این کلبه سوئیسی دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر می باشد و در مجموعه اقامتی از شهر خوش و آب و هوای القجر واقع شده است که با شهر مینودشت حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و استخر و طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن دنج می باشد، گفتنی است حمام و سرویس یکی از اتاق ها در بالکن اختصاصی آن قرار دارد و سرویس ایرانی نیز در محوطه استخر موجود است.
محوطه اطراف کلبه با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده و نگهبان نیز در مجموعه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی کلبه و مشاعات مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 700 متری کلبه استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 700 متر از مسیر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی است.
