این کلبه سوئیسی دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر می باشد و در مجموعه اقامتی از شهر خوش و آب و هوای القجر واقع شده است که با شهر مینودشت حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب مستر و بالکن دنج می باشد، گفتنی است استخر روباز واحد در حیاط اختصاصی این کلبه قرار دارد، همچنین حمام و سرویس یکی از اتاق ها در بالکن اختصاصی همان اتاق قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف کلبه با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان نیز در مجموعه سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی کلبه و مشاعات مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
