این ویلای دو خوابه با تراس و وان جکوزی در جوار سه ویلای دیگر در روستای تمشگل واقع شده است که با مرکز شهر نشتارود و ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و دو تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و حیاط و دروازه ورودی بصورت مشترک با واحد های مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
میزبان نیز در همین محوطه سکونت دارد و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری از کلبه استفاده نمایند.
