این سوئیت مبله با وان جکوزی در جوار سه ویلای دیگر در روستای تمشگل واقع شده است که با مرکز شهر نشتارود و ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ای است که دارای سالن پذیرایی با آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام و وان جکوزی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سوئیت فاقد اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و حیاط و دروازه ورودی بصورت مشترک با واحد های مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
