این سوئیت در جزیره هنگام جدید و در فاصله چند قدمی از ساحل دریا واقع شده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 4 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان 3 طبقه 6 واحدی قرار گرفته که یک تخت دو نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، یخچال، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط قرار دارد که به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
ترانسفر مهمانان، تور های غواصی، بازدید از دلفین ها، گشت داخل جزیره و تفریحات آبی مثل پدل برد با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه انجام می گردد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
