این واحد با دسترسی حدود 20 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه 6 واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای سالن نشیمن، یک اتاق خواب مجهز به تخت دو نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، یخچال، اسپیلت و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط قرار دارد که به صورت مشترک استفاده می گردد.
ترانسفر مهمانان، تور های غواصی، بازدید از دلفین ها، گشت داخل جزیره و تفریحات آبی مثل پدل برد با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه انجام می گردد.
