این خانه مبله دو خوابه به همراه بالکنی با منظره کوه در روستای گرم خانی واقع شده است که با ماسال حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و چهار واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد.
محوطه حیاط ساختمان از چهار طرف با فنس و پرچین محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با میزبان و سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
لازم به ذکر است در گوشه ای از حیاط بزرگ و دلباز خانه محلی جهت نگهداری مرغ و خروس تعبیه شده است.
