این سوئیت 35 متری به همراه بالکن نقلی با منظره کوه در روستای گرم خانی واقع شده است که با ماسال حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سوئیت با دسترسی حدود 30 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و چهار واحدی قرار دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ای است که دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه کوچک و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سوئیت فاقد اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی است.
محوطه حیاط ساختمان از چهار طرف با فنس و پرچین محصور شده و میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف همین ساختمان سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط بصورت مشترک با میزبان و سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
