این کلبه سوئیسی با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه گردشگری در روستای سید کلاته واقع شده است که تا شهر رامیان حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آتشدلن، تاب ریکلسی، میز و صندلی و تراس بزرگ فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 30 پله در طبقه سوم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای خواب قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
