این اتاق با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه گردشگری در روستای سید کلاته واقع شده است که تا شهر رامیان حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 30 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی این اتاق با متراژ 15 متر شامل تعدادی رخت خواب سنتی، بخاری، سینک ظرفشویی، گاز، یخچال و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 800 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
