این خانه در روستای خوش آب و هوا و ییلاقی سیاه مرزکوه واقع شده است که با شهر علی آباد کتول حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این خانه به صورتی است که طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 10 پله دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با حوضچه و سرویس ایرانی با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 10 پله (از خارج ساختمان) سالن نشیمن کاهگلی و تراس دلباز مجهز به جکوزی قرار دارد.
حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
گفتنی است سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در سه وعده صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذیر می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید روستا فاقد سوپرمارکت و نانوایی است لذا توصیه می شود مایحتاج مورد نیاز روزانه خود را از قبل تهیه نمائید.
