Two-story cottage in Siah Marzkuh

This house is located in the pleasant and summer-resort village of Siah Marzkuh, approximately 40 km from Ali Abad Katul city.
The design of this house is such that the lower floor, accessible via about 10 steps, features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an Iranian toilet with a Western-style toilet. The upper floor, accessible via about 10 steps (from outside the building), has a mud-plastered living hall and a spacious equipped terrace. Please note that the jacuzzi is not functional.
The yard is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the host also resides in the neighborhood. For added security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
It should be noted that the accommodation's fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Food service and ordering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are possible with prior coordination and separate payment.
Please note that the village lacks a supermarket and bakery, so it is recommended to prepare your daily necessities in advance.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. Free Wi-Fi is also provided for esteemed guests.
It is worth mentioning that approximately 100 meters of the road leading to the cabin is an unpaved dirt road.
