اتاق با دسترسی حدود 6 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه و 15 واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای تخت دبل، مبلمان، یخچال، تلویزیون، کتری برقی، بالکن اختصاصی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که فاقد سرویس ایرانی و امکانات پخت و پز است.
یخچال اتاق بصورت مینی بار شارژ می شود که استفاده از آن با پرداخت هزینه ممکن است ولی آب معدنی بصورت رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
