این اتاق مستر به همراه صبحانه رایگان و بالکنی با چشم انداز دریاچه و جنگل، در روستای چالشم واقع شده که با شهر سیاهکل حدود 11 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
مجموعه در فاصله چند قدمی از دریاچه قرار گرفته و حیاط پشتی آن که در حال تجهیز می باشد نیز در جوار همین دریاچه واقع شده است.
اتاق با دسترسی حدود 12 پله به سمت بالا در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و 15 واحدی قرار گرفته است.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای تخت دبل، مبلمان، یخچال، تلویزیون، کتری برقی، بالکن اختصاصی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی و امکانات پخت و پز است.
یخچال اتاق بصورت مینی بار شارژ می شود که استفاده از آن با پرداخت هزینه ممکن است ولی آب معدنی بصورت رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در محوطه مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر راهرو، حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجموعه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
