این واحد مبله دو خوابه در منطقه چلاو و در روستای خوش آب و هوای فیلبند واقع شده است که حدود 80 کیلومتری با شهر بابل فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 15 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته و دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین سرویس ایرانی در ایوان تعبیه شده است.
