این واحد مبله دو خوابه در منطقه چلاو و در روستای خوش آب و هوای فیلبند واقع شده است که حدود 80 کیلومتری با شهر بابل فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 5 پله در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته و دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، همچنین سرویس ایرانی در ایوان تعبیه شده است.
حیاط از چهار طرف با نرده چوبی محصور شده و ورودی و محوطه که به صورت مشترک با مهمانان واحد های دیگر استفاده می گردد به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
در نظر داشته باشید با توجه به اینکه منطقه فاقد گاز کشی می باشد، سوخت مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 10 متری و نانوایی حدود 300 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت بتن ریزی شده و دارای شیب ملایمی از جاده است.
