این خانه مبله سه خوابه که در جاده ارتکند واقع شده است که تا شهر کلات حدود 55 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان سه طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط از دوطرف با دیوار و ازیک طرف با رودخانه جاری و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده، میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، محوطه و باغ پیرامون به‌ صورت مشترک با میزبان و سایر واحد ها مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین برای استفاده از فضای سرسبز واحد با پیمودن حدود 10 پله به سمت پایین به حیاط دسترسی خواهید داشت.
ضمنا در قسمتی از حیاط سازه ای نیمه ساز وجود دارد که در زمان حضور مهمان عملیات ساخت و ساز انجام نمی شود.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در قسمتی از این واحد از طیور نگهداری می‌شود که تداعی‌گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت این خانه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
