این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه که در روستای ارتکند واقع شده است که تا شهر کلات حدود 55 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
با توجه به شیب زمین بعد از پارک ماشین در حیاط و پیمودن حدود 10 پله به سمت پایین به خانه دسترسی خواهید داشت.
اطراف حیاط از دوطرف با دیوار و ازیک طرف با رودخانه جاری و از طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین فضای وسیع باغ ،رودخانه و محوطه به‌ صورت مشترک با میزبان و سایر واحد ها و مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
ضمنا در حیاط سازه ای نیمه ساز وجود دارد و در زمان حضور مهمان عملیات ساخت و ساز در آن انجام نمی شود.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در قسمتی از این واحد از طیور نگهداری می‌شود که تداعی‌گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گازکشی شهری می‌باشد و سوخت این خانه از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می‌شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 50 متر و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
