The cottage's design features an indoor pool and jacuzzi with a Western toilet and shower on the lower floor, accessible via approximately three steps. The upper floor comprises a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a terrace, and a Western toilet with a shower. The top floor, accessible via about 8 steps, includes a balcony and a master bedroom without a door. Please note, the cottage does not have an Iranian-style toilet. The yard is enclosed by a wall, and the host resides within the same compound. For enhanced security, the area and entrance gate are equipped with CCTV cameras. The complex's green space is shared with other cottages and the host. Additionally, there is a building under construction in the neighborhood. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately one kilometer. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
