این اتاق مستر دارای دو اتاق تو در تو و یک تخت دو نفره، دو تخت تک نفره، یخچال، رادیاتور، اسپلیت، میز دو نفره و سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی با حمام می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه سنتی می توان به آشپزخانه مرکزی با امکان پخت و پز توسط میهمانان، حیاط و پشت بام با فضای نشیمن، کافی شاپ، سالن صبحانه خوری، محوطه پارکینگ و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد که با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
در این مجموعه اقامتی یک حمام سنتی وجود دارد که استفاده از آن با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
