این اتاق مستر دارای یک تخت دبل، یک تخت سینگل، یخچال، رادیاتور، اسپلیت، میز دو نفره و سرویس بهداشتی فرنگی با حمام می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه سنتی می توان به آشپزخانه مرکزی با امکان پخت و پز توسط میهمانان، حیاط و پشت بام با فضای نشیمن، کافی شاپ، سالن صبحانه خوری، محوطه پارکینگ و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد که با سایر میهمانان به صورت مشترک استفاده می شود.
