This independent two-bedroom house offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay with its sea-facing balcony, jacuzzi, and spacious courtyard.
The area surrounding the accommodation is enclosed by walls on two sides and fences on the other two sides.
For added security, the staircase and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras, and a guard resides on the premises.
For daily necessities, the accommodation is approximately 100 meters from a supermarket and 200 meters from a bakery.
Please note that the accommodation's water is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking; therefore, it is recommended to bring your own bottled water.
Mobile network coverage for calls is good, and internet coverage is 4G for Irancell but 3G for Hamrah-e Avval.
