این سوئیت با فاصله حدود 100 متری از ساحل در روستای جیرباغ واقع شده که حدود 25 کیلومتر با کیاشهر و حدود 40 کیلومتری با لاهیجان فاصله دارد.
این واحد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان 4 طبقه 4 واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای نشیمن، آشپزخانه، یک تخت خواب دو نفره و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
محوطه اطراف اقامتگاه از دو طرف با دیوار و از دو طرف دیگر با فنس محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر راه پله و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد، همچنین نگهبان نیز در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه فاصله اقامتگاه تا سوپرمارکت حدود 100 متر و تا نانوایی حدود 200 متر می باشد.
لطفا توجه داشته آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود آب معدنی با خود به همراه داشته باشید.
