Beach House in Jirbagh Kiashahr - Third Floor

This cozy beach house is located in the beautiful village of Jirbagh, 100 meters from the seashore, approximately 25 km from Kiashahr and 40 km from Lahijan. The unit is situated on the third floor of a 4-story, 4-unit building with an elevator. The house does not have a separate bedroom, but with a sea-facing balcony, an air hockey table, and a spacious yard, it provides a calm and enjoyable space for your stay.
Please note that the elevator is accessible up to the second floor, and you will reach the third floor by climbing approximately 16 steps.
The area around the accommodation is enclosed on two sides by a wall and on the other two sides by a fence.
For enhanced security, the staircase and yard are equipped with CCTV cameras, and a guard is also stationed on the premises.
For daily necessities, the accommodation is approximately 100 meters from a supermarket and 200 meters from a bakery.
Please note that the tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended to bring bottled water with you.
The quality of mobile network coverage for calls is good, and internet coverage is 4G for Irancell but 3G for Hamrah-e Avval.
